1. What This Is

PKM Universe is a free, fan-made Pokemon trading platform. We run automated trade bots across multiple Pokemon games and provide web tools to make trading easier. By using anything we offer — the website, our Discord bots, or our trading tools — you're agreeing to these terms.

We are not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company in any way. This is a community project built by fans, for fans.

2. Accounts & Login

You can sign in to PKM Universe using your Discord or Google account. When you do, we receive basic profile information (like your username and avatar) from those services. We use this to identify you across our platform and personalize your experience.

• You are responsible for the security of your linked accounts
• One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to bypass any restrictions
• We can suspend or remove your access at any time if you break these terms

You can also use many of our tools without signing in at all.

3. What You Can Do

Our services are free and meant for personal use. You can:

• Trade Pokemon through our Discord bots or web trading tools
• Use our Pokedex, Team Builder, and other reference tools
• Monitor bot status and live trade activity
• Participate in our Discord community

We can change, pause, or shut down any service at any time. We'll try to give notice when we can, but sometimes things happen fast.

4. What You Can't Do

Keep it fair for everyone. Don't:

• Spam or flood the bots with trade requests
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website or APIs
• Try to hack, exploit, or break into our systems
• Pretend to be PKM Universe staff or another user
• Harass or threaten anyone in our community
• Sell or profit from Pokemon you get through our bots
• Copy or redistribute our website code, designs, or tools

If you do any of this, we'll block your access. No warnings required.

5. About the Pokemon

Pokemon you receive through our bots are generated using community-developed tools. Here's what you need to know:

• We can't guarantee every Pokemon will pass every game's legality checks
• Game updates can change what's considered legal at any time
• What you do with the Pokemon you receive is on you

We are not responsible if your game account gets flagged, restricted, or banned for using generated Pokemon online. Use them at your own risk.

6. Uptime

We aim to keep everything running 24/7, but we can't promise zero downtime. Bots go down for maintenance, game updates break things, and servers occasionally have issues. We're not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime — we're a free service, and we do our best.

7. Ownership

Everything we built — the website, the code, the branding, the tools — belongs to PKM Universe. Don't copy or redistribute it without permission.

Pokemon and all related trademarks belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company. We use their names, sprites, and game data under fair use as a fan project.

8. No Warranties

Everything here is provided "as is." We don't make promises about uptime, accuracy, or results. We're not liable for failed trades, lost Pokemon, corrupted save data, or anything else that goes wrong. You use our services at your own risk.

9. Updates

We might update these terms as things change. When we do, the date at the top of this page will reflect it. If you keep using our services after an update, you're agreeing to the new terms.
