The Short Version
We only collect what we need to run the service. If you sign in with Discord or Google, we get your basic profile info. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across the internet, and we don't share your information with anyone. Trade data is temporary — it powers our live dashboards and gets cleared automatically.
1. What We Collect
Here's everything we collect and why — no surprises:

You can use most of our tools without signing in. Login just gives you a personalized experience.
2. What We Don't Collect
We don't collect or store:
- Your email address, real name, or phone number
- Passwords (Discord and Google handle authentication, not us)
- Payment or financial information of any kind
- Your IP address for tracking or profiling
- Your location or device fingerprint
- Anything for advertising purposes
3. Signing In
When you sign in with Discord or Google, we use their secure login systems (OAuth2). This means:
- We never see or store your password
- We only receive what you authorize — typically your username, avatar, and account ID
- You can revoke access anytime through your Discord settings or Google account settings
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember a few things on your device:
- Whether sound effects are on or off
- Your login session (if you signed in)
- Cached pages for faster loading
None of this data gets sent to us — it stays on your device. Clear it anytime through your browser settings.
5. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to make PKM Universe work. That's it. Specifically:
- Processing and delivering your Pokemon trades
- Showing your queue position and trade status
- Displaying live activity on our dashboards
- Keeping our bots running smoothly
We never use your data for ads, marketing, analytics tracking, or profiling. We don't build profiles on you. We don't sell your information.
6. Data Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or give your data to anyone. The only scenario where we'd share information is if legally compelled to by a court order — which has never happened and realistically never will for a free Pokemon trading site.
7. How Long We Keep Data
- Trade queue data — Gone the moment your trade finishes
- Trade history — We keep the last 50 trades per bot for the live dashboard, then they roll off automatically
- Login sessions — Until you sign out or clear your browser data
- Bot health data — Refreshed every 10 seconds, nothing is stored long-term
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform connects to a few external services that have their own privacy practices:
- Discord — Login and bot platform (their privacy policy)
- Google — Login option (their privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — Routes our API traffic for performance and security
- Google Fonts — Loads the fonts you see on this site
- PokeAPI / GitHub — Where we pull Pokemon sprites from
9. Children
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child has shared personal info through our platform, contact us and we'll remove it.
10. Your Control
You're in control of your data:
- Sign out or stop using our services whenever you want
- Revoke Discord/Google access through their settings pages
- Clear your browser's local storage to wipe all saved preferences
- Ask us to delete any data associated with your username
11. Updates
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Keep using the site after a change means you're good with the update.
