How do I trade with the bot?
Use the /trade command in any bot channel on our Discord server. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Select your game
Choose which game you want to trade in (SV, SWSH, BDSP, etc.)

Build your Pokemon
Use the Creator Studio or type the command with your desired Pokemon details.

Click "Send to Bot"
Submit your trade request. The bot will DM you a trade code.

Enter the trade code in your game
Open Link Trade in your game, enter the code, and wait for the bot to connect. Usually takes under 60 seconds.

Why is my trade failing?
Common reasons trades fail. Check each of these before submitting a ticket:
- Check your internet connection (press Y, then + to connect in-game)
- Make sure the bot is online (check the bot status page)
- Verify your Pokemon is legal (the bot runs legality checks)
- Ensure you entered the correct trade code
- Make sure you're in the overworld with no menus open
- You have 30 seconds to start the trade before timeout

How do I get a shiny Pokemon?
Just add "Shiny: Yes" to your trade request! For example:
/trade Charizard Shiny: Yes. You can also use the web-based Creator Studio to customize your Pokemon visually and send it directly to the bot. Almost all Pokemon can be made shiny, with a few event-locked exceptions.
What is Egg Mode?
Egg Mode sends your Pokemon as an egg instead of a fully hatched Pokemon. When you hatch it yourself, it will have your OT (Original Trainer) name and ID, making it look like you bred it. This is great for competitive play or personal collection. Enable it with
/trade Garchomp Egg: Yes.
How do I change the trade code?
The bot generates a random trade code for each trade to prevent sniping. You'll see it in the DM the bot sends you. If you want to set a custom code, use the
Code: parameter: /trade Pikachu Code: 1234 5678. Note: custom codes are less secure since others could guess them.
How do I become a Premium member?
Visit our Ko-fi page linked in the Discord server. Premium members get priority queue access (skip the line), batch trading (up to 6 Pokemon at once), exclusive Mystery Egg access, and more. Your Discord role updates automatically within a few minutes of payment. If it doesn't, open a support ticket!
Can I request any Pokemon?
You can request any Pokemon that legally exists in the game you're trading in. The bot performs legality checks to ensure every Pokemon passes Nintendo's validation. Some mythical Pokemon (like Darkrai, Mew, Jirachi) require special event data and are available through our wondercard system. If a Pokemon can't be made legal, the bot will let you know.
